Create Views

Create multiple plan views in one action. Pick view types and levels, auto-fill level codes, preview pending views, and optionally generate dependent part plans using scope boxes.

  1. Create Plans tab.
    • View Types list: check the plan type(s) to create (e.g., Floor Plan, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Structural Plan).
    • Select Levels: check levels to include. The Level Code column auto-suggests a code (e.g., B01, 000, 001) that is used in naming.
    • Click the arrow button to add Pending Views in the Views List preview. Yellow-highlighted rows are editable; type custom names if needed.
  2. Create Part Plans tab: Views List with Floor Plan Level 0, Scope Boxes Part 1 and Part 2 selected, right-side pending entries 'Level 0 - Part 1' and 'Level 0 - Part 2' editable in yellow, Create Views button
  3. Create Part Plans tab.
    • Choose a base plan (e.g., Floor Plan ? Level 0) on the left.
    • Select scope boxes (e.g., Part 1, Part 2). Each selected scope box creates a dependent view entry on the right (e.g., "Level 0 Part 1").
    • Edit the pending part plan names directly in the yellow-highlighted fields.
  4. Create Plans tab: View Types checked (Floor Plan, Ceiling Plan), Select Levels with codes (B01, 000, 001, 002, 003), Views List showing yellow pending names under Floor Plan and Ceiling Plan, Create Views button

  6. Create. Click Create Views to generate all pending views (and dependent part plans) shown in the preview.
