Export Shared Sites

Batch-export Navisworks (NWC) files for each Shared Site. Choose an output folder and 3D view, select the sites, set export options, then export per-site files with correct shared coordinates.

  1. Export folder. Click Browse and choose where the NWC files will be saved.
  2. Select 3D View. Pick the 3D view to control visibility/graphics for the export.
  3. Select Shared Sites. Choose one or more sites (e.g., Default Site, Location A, Location B). One NWC will be created per selected site.
  4. Export Options. Set the Navisworks export parameters:
    • Export Scope (e.g., View)
    • Export Links
    • Coordinates (choose Shared to honor shared coordinates)
    • Export Parts, Export Element IDs, Convert Element Properties
    • Export Room as Attribute, Export Room Geometry, Export URLs
    • Divide File Into Levels, Find Missing Materials
  5. Export. Click Export. Progress and any messages appear in the Output Log.
