Create Worksets

Create or rename worksets in bulk. Insert rows or paste from Excel, edit names directly or use batch rules, then process the checked rows.

  1. Choose a workflow. Use the tabs:
    • Create Worksets to add new worksets.
    • Rename Worksets to rename existing ones.
  2. Create new worksets. In the Create Worksets tab:
    • Click Insert to add a row, or paste names from Excel with Ctrl+V.
    • Enter each name in Write a Value; the Updated Value column previews the result.
  3. Rename existing worksets. In the Rename Worksets tab:
    • The grid shows Original Value, Updated Value (preview), and Write a Value (manual entry).
    • Select one or more rows and type the new name in Write a Value.
  4. Use Batch Rename (optional). For selected rows, apply Prefix/Suffix or Find/Replace With to build names at scale. The preview updates live.
  5. Process. Check the rows to include and click Process Selection. No changes are made until you click this button.
